Family Ministries

Today's families are under tremendous pressure. At West Park, we seek to equip families for ministry not only within their own homes, but also throughout our community. One way we accomplish this is by parternering with parents as the primary faith trainers in the home. Our desire is that parents have more spiritual influence than anyone else in the lives of their own children. Families come in all shapes and sizes. However, regardless of shape and size, spiritual leadership in the home is vital. We come alongside parents providing resources such as family couseling and various classes through our New Life Training program. Our goal is to encourage and guide parents as they work to fulfill their God-given responsiblity to "raise their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." (Ephesians 6:4)
