WOMEN'S MINISTRY

STUDY GROUPS ~ DAYBREAK & NEW LIFE

Join other women in focusing on the truths of God's Word presented in a Book or Bible Study format. Groups take place on Wednesday nights and Thursday mornings, as well as some special offerings during the year. Childcare is provided with registration. God's Word has answers for all of what fills our lives, and we believe we grow better when we grow together.

MENTORING & DISCIPLING ~

The journey of knowing God is sweeter with a partner who has been where you are and can walk with you. Trained women are ready to guide you through the truths of God's Word and discover how your specific needs can be answered with real hope. This is partnership with a purpose.

OPEN DOOR WELCOME ~

Moving is overwhelming. The leadership team knows what it is to be the "new gal in town", and they love to help newcomers get acquainted with our church family & the Knoxville community. Open Door offers women opportunities to connect with others through regular gatherings.

The CHAIN ~

Each quarter, the women of West Park receive a gift! Every issue of the CHAIN is lovingly written by women for women in a way that will Connect, Help, Attach, Inspire, and Nurture those who read. Look for these beautiful editions in the Welcome Center, on the website, in the ABFs, or on restroom counters. Each CHAIN is filled with words of joy, wisdom, and truth.

WOMEN'S RETREAT ~

This is worth waiting for each year, as the women of West Park come away to a quiet place for a time of refreshment. All ages and stages of women come together to have fun, enjoy worship, and grow in our walk with God. Excellent teaching, uplifting music, and elegant food are always abundant. Usually held in the spring. This is a time to plan for!

OUTREACH & ENCOURAGEMENT ~

Since creativity is always flowing and needs are always changing, we leave lots of room for special plans. Throughout the year, we sprinkle generous portions of times to gather with other women. Listen for times like : Half Day for the Holiday, Special Focus Prayer Walks, Fall Refresher, Missions Luncheon, Night Good For The Heart, or Thirst Quenchers. Missions projects with a uniquely feminine twist are highlights. The year is puncuated by occasions for encouragement, outreach, and growth.
