Sunday Morning Groups Survey & Registration
In order to plan for a successful restart of Sunday morning groups, our ministry staff needs to know how many people are planning to attend groups in Children's, Students, and Adult ministries. Please indicate your plans for joining a group by filling out this survey.

If you have any questions or want information on groups being offered, contact Christy by email at or by phone at 865 690-0031.
Please watch this video as Pastor Sam shares important information on the restart of Sunday morning groups.
Online Options for Sunday Services & Groups

Sunday Morning Service Schedule
As of July 1, Knox County is guided by the State of Tennessee Covid-19 guidelines as stated in the Tennessee Pledge. Therefore, the elders have determined the following regarding Sunday morning service:
  • There will be one Sunday morning service at 10:00am (in-person and online)
  • In-person seating capacity will be capped at 50%
  • Social distancing will be maintained
  • Face coverings are strongly recommended (see note below)
  • No registration is necessary

The Knox County Health Department passed an order effective July 3 that would require the wearing of face coverings in indoor public spaces. This order only applies to indoor public spaces such as store and restaurants. The wearing of a face covering is strongly recommended for our services at West Park.

Awana Registration is NOW OPEN!
Welcome back Awana Clubbers! Our desire is to offer our Awana program this fall starting on August 26. With the recent COVID pandemic, we do have additional safeguards in place for entering and exiting the building, and you will see those when you arrive in August. We also have a plan for Awana if we are closed down again and are shelter-at-home, and we'll send details if that happens. But for now, we plan to start up.

Please register your clubber to help us get them into their correct club and have their supplies ready for the first night. T&T clubbers have new shirts this year (the blue ones are still fine to wear) if you would like to purchase one! We look forward to seeing everyone back soon and we have missed you all!

RENEWAL Ministry Volunteer Opportunity
RENEWAL is a ministry that helps believers deal with enslaving sin habits. These habits span a wide range of issues, including addictions, mood disorders, lack of self-control and other behaviors that are dishonoring to God and crippling for them.  Renewal provides a faith-based approach that enables believers to proactively deal with these struggles and experience true, and lasting freedom.

RENEWAL needs your help. In order to build the support network required to effectively minister to every person participating in Renewal, three (3) additional individuals are needed to support the ministry. If you have a heart to help those who are struggling, we need you to consider joining the Renewal Team. Training is provided to equip you to serve, regardless of your background. What is required is a heart that is full of love and desire to walk with a great group of people who just need a helping hand. Please contact Scott Williams (865) 334-4870 for additional information.
